For this delicious porridge blend we combine tangy dried apple, dates and roasted buckwheat with cinnamon, rolled oats and oat bran.
The buckwheat stays crunchy during cooking and provides a brilliant nutty flavour alongside the apple & date.
To prepare hot: Take 1/3 cup Overnighter mix and add 2/3 cup water (or mylk!). Cook in the microwave for 1 minute, stir and cook for another 30 seconds. For the stovetop, gently cook for 5 minutes until thick.
