Hazelnut & Cacao Hot Chocolate
Recipe: Serves 1-2
Prepare a cup of your favourite barista Mylk, Hazelnut Barista Mylk is recommended for this recipe
Mix Mylk, Ceremonial Cacao Drops, coconut sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla (if you like orang e, add your zest) in a pot and bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly to avoid the cacao burning on the bottom
Once warm, remove half a cup of hot chocolate and stir in your cornflour. Stir well to avoid any lumps and then pour back into the pot and mix in well Stir for a few more minutes until hot chocolate is thick and silky
Serve as is, or add a little warm, foamed Hazelnut Barista Mylk on top. This is a pretty rich hot chocolate, serious chocolate lovers will be able to polish this off single - handily, chocolate dabblers may want to to share.
