Chocolate Lavender Tart


Superseed Base

1/2 rolled oats or GF flakes such as quinoa
1 Tbsp ground flaxmeal
1 heaped Tbsp Mylk Made Base (Lavender or Hazelnut)
1 Tbsp cacao
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp buckwheat groats
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup puffed buckwheat


1/2 cup Mylk Made Creamy Lavender Mylk Base
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao (or half and half chocolate protein powder)


1. Melt the coconut oil and stir in Mylk Made base

2. Mix all dry ingredients together and stir in wet until well combined. Press into 20cm oiled pie dish and chill.

3. Meanwhile, melt the coconut oil and stir in the creamy lavender base and cacao until well combined. Pour into set pie base and chill until firm. 

NOTE: You can also add a couple of drops lavender essential oil, but 1 would be enough! You could even make this without the cacao and use vanilla protein powder.
