Shipping and Handling

Shipping - New Zealand only

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.  If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Tracking information will be supplied to you. Please communicate with us immediately if you believe there is an issue with your purchase.

Our shipping costs also include packaging and handling.

Once your order has been shipped you are not able to cancel your order. Unfortunately we are not able to take returns. 

Local Pick Up

We have removed the pick up option from our shipping options. However, if you do live locally (North Canterbury) and pick up is preferred, then please email and we can arrange this.
